Purpose of Lighthouse
Lighthouse exists so Ground Floor PM team members and invited users can run property-management work without switching between disconnected tools. It is available at lighthouse.groundfloorpm.com and as a mobile app for authorized users. Lighthouse is not a public tenant portal, owner portal, or consumer product.
What Lighthouse does
Authorized users use Lighthouse to:
- View and manage properties, units, vacancies, and portfolio details
- Complete annual property walkthroughs and related inspection workflows
- Prepare owner communications and coordinate operational updates
- Track finance and leasing workflows such as rent increases, delinquencies, and fees
- Coordinate maintenance, punch lists, and other team operations
Why Lighthouse requests Google user data
Lighthouse uses Google Sign-In so authorized people can authenticate securely with their Google account. When you sign in with Google, Lighthouse requests basic account information needed to create and maintain your Lighthouse user account:
- Name — to identify you inside Lighthouse (for example on activity, assignments, and your profile)
- Email address — to match your sign-in to an allowed or invited account and to contact you about access
- Profile picture — to display your avatar in the Lighthouse interface
Lighthouse does not use Google Sign-In data for advertising, resale, or unrelated profiling. Access is limited to authorized Ground Floor PM staff and invited users. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Privacy Policy
Please read the Lighthouse Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, store, and protect information, including Google account data used for sign-in. For help, see Support. To request deletion of personal data, see Data Deletion.
