Purpose of Lighthouse
Lighthouse helps Ground Floor PM staff manage residential and commercial property operations in New Brunswick. Team members use it to stay on top of portfolios, complete annual property walkthroughs, communicate with owners, and handle finance and leasing tasks connected to our property-management systems.
Lighthouse is not a public tenant or owner portal. It is a secure staff application for authorized users only.
